This is another one of those great appetizers that's just a matter of assembling a few ingredients. Here's what you'll need:
- marinated artichoke hearts
- skewers or toothpicks
Start by draining the artichoke hearts. Take a pice of prosciutto and cut it in half lengthwise. Wrap around one of the artichoke hearts and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until you have the desired amount. Grill or bake at 350 degrees fro 20-30 minutes until the prosciutto is crisp.
